Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, the cancellation request must be made within 24 hours
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund conditions apply:
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date.
2. Early Check-Out
If you decide to check out earlier than the reserved period, a refund will be issued for the unused nights, excluding a one-night cancellation charge.
3. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, where the guest fails to check-in on the reserved date without prior notice.
4. Payment Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that additional bank charges, if any, will not be refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Special discounted bookings and promotional offers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Changes to the Policy
Dasara Executive reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes in advance.
