Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Dasara Executive, we strive to provide a smooth and comfortable stay experience. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
- ✅ Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if the booking is cancelled at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date and time.
- ❌ No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled check-in date and time.
If your check-in date is 10th July at 14:00 PM, you must cancel before 7th July at 14:00 PM to receive a full refund.
2. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of a No-Show, where the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in.
- No-show bookings.
- Completed stay or partially used booking.
- Special promotional offers marked as non-refundable.
5. Policy Changes
Dasara Executive reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on this website shall be considered final and applicable.
